Terms and Conditions

Reservation & Payment

  • You will be asked to pay 30% down payment to guarantee your appointment
  • Only pay through the following channels

    • GCash 09175160112 (Gabrielle C)
    • Credit Card Via Parlon Pay QR (Plus 4.5% on Total Invoice for Credit Card Charges)
  • Send the proof of payment to our Facebook & Instagram account

Additional Fees

  • Toll fees are charged to the client
  • For locations outside Metro Manila there is P200.00 additional for every 10km plus toll fees

Purchase/s

  • Packages are transferrable and may be given as gift to family and friends
  • Bundles should be used by one person but can be given as gift to family and friends
  • All paid invoices has no expiry
  • For refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy

Appointment

  • We confirm all appointments via text, or phone and send out appointment reminders
  • Advise if any document/ permit is needed to before entering your village or condominium
  • Any late arrival will not shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment.

Scheduling

  • Schedule your next appointment after your session to ensure you receive the best date and time for your treatment/s
  • We will try our best to arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation in preparation for your service.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policies

Cancellation Notice

  • Every appointment is especially reserved for you. As a courtesy to Beauty at Home Manila, our staff, and our waiting clients, we require a cancellation notice of at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
    • Example, if your treatment is at 10am, notice to cancel must be made on or before 10am 2 days prior.

Cancellation Fees

  • Within 48 hours cancellation notice is considered late. We shall forfeit 10% of your downpayment as cancellation fee.

Reschedule

  • Please advise 48 hours before your appointment if you wish to move your appointment
  • You can only choose from the date & time slots available

Please understand that when you reschedule or cancel your appointment without providing enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since that slot is reserved for you personally, fees shall apply. We appreciate your understanding.

Policy To Protect Our Service Providers

  • Beauty Technicians earn their living by appointments. Their income comes directly from serving our guests. When a client reschedules or cancels an appointment on short notice, they do not have time to contact any of the patients on our waiting list looking to receive beauty services.
  • Our Aestheticians undergo regular antigen testing. Please ensure that your household is also a safe space for them.

Receiving and having seen this document signifies that you have read, understood and agree to whatever is stated above.

REFUND POLICY

By Law, Beauty at Home Manila does not honor a refund on consumer’s change of mind.

Whatever outcome, the service has been provided and has been agreed upon prior to your appointment and payment. This is non-negotiable.

As there are no guarantees on treatment procedures it is essential that the patient understands that treatments are not exact science. Every human body reacts differently.

Our aestheticians will make every reasonable effort to achieve the aesthetic outcome the patient requests, however no guarantees are offered in relation to the effects of any procedure performed.

In order for us to provide you with a great service it is fundamental that after reading consent forms you provide all information necessary or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatment. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.

If, however, for any medical reason you are advised not to continue with your course of treatments, please obtain a medical report from your doctor. If you have used any sessions, then this will be deducted from your refund value. You will be charged full price per treatment. All discounts issued when you bought the service will be lost. Service will be prorated using price per treatment.

To reiterate, all Packages are transferrable and has no expiry. Should you not have sufficient evidence to support your request for refund you may opt to transfer your purchase and advise us on the new owner of the treatments.
